Description / Scope of Work
The Water & Sanitation Agency in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the construction of rooms for the Supervisor Revenue Branch at the Commercial Market facility. This government-funded project involves a comprehensive scope of civil and finishing works with an estimated cost of approximately 1.28 million Rupees. The detailed requirements include damp proof courses, first-floor brickwork, reinforced cement concrete structures, and the fabrication of Grade-60 mild steel reinforcement. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for finishing tasks such as mosaic flooring, cement plastering, distempering, and emulsion painting. The project also encompasses the installation of M.S. box section windows, hollow flush doors, and essential MEP services including MDPE gas tubing, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring for fans and lights. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, FBR, and PRA, maintaining an active tax payer status for the 2025-26 financial year. Technical and financial bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS system by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026, accompanied by the required bid security.
