Thal University Bhakkar, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the 'Establishment of Day Care Centre' under Tender No. 40/2026. This government procurement follows the One Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The project has a budgetary amount of Rs. 1,000,000 and requires a bid security of Rs. 50,000 (5% of the estimated price). The scope of work includes the supply of 31 distinct categories of items ranging from educational materials (Oxford/Paramount books, Montessori apparatus), specialized furniture (baby cots, art stations), and safety flooring to major appliances (Haier AC, Samsung LCD, Orient water dispenser) and security equipment (CCTV cameras). Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS platform by 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026, with technical opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
