Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division, Lahore, in Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the 11-KV network and electrical panels at the Lahore High Court. This government project involves the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure, including 11-KV panels, RMUs, VCB panels, and various LT and HT cables installed at the site. The scope of work encompasses the daily operation and maintenance of these systems, addressing complaints, troubleshooting, and the repair or replacement of faulty equipment and wiring. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately 11.902 million Rupees for a period of twelve months. To be eligible, bidders must be enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes EE04, EE05, and EE11. Additionally, firms must demonstrate at least one year of specific experience in maintaining high-voltage networks in public buildings. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
