Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the CM Initiative for Provision of missing facilities in College. This significant infrastructure project involves the construction of new classrooms, provision of furniture, and the building of washrooms within District Sheikhupura. The estimated cost for this developmental scheme is approximately 120.078 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in Category C4 or above, holding specialized codes CE09, CE10, and EE04. The procurement process is strictly managed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All interested firms must provide a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR or bank draft amounting to 6.004 million Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 1:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with a total project completion time limit of 15 months.
