The National Cyber Emergency Response Team in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of event management services specifically for a Hackathon Bootcamp. Operating under the project Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan, the organization is seeking qualified firms or companies registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer's List. The procurement process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure conducted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System version 2.0. Interested bidders must provide a bid security instrument of one million Rupees submitted in favor of the Project Director. Detailed bidding documents including technical specifications and terms and conditions are accessible via the official EPADS portal and the nCERT website. All prospective service providers must complete their electronic registration and submit their digital proposals no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of designated bidder representatives at the Pak Secretariat.
