Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Kasur invites sealed bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement platform for the execution of arrangements regarding the URS (death anniversary festival) of Hazrat Baba Bullhey Shah Sarkaar in 2026. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1.50 Million, and the contract shall be executed from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2027 in District Kasur, Punjab. This is a development scheme approved for the financial year 2026-27 and represents a single event management and arrangement contract of moderate scale.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADS for the current financial year 2026-27 and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License of the respective category for 2026-27 as per Government of Punjab directions. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 0.075 Million (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR or pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Kasur. The successful bidder shall additionally submit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening.
Bidding documents are available free of cost at https://eprocure.gov.pk and must be submitted through E-PADS by 10:30 AM PST on 6th August 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM PST on the same day in the office of Municipal Committee Kasur. Rates must be quoted on an item-wise basis, and incomplete bids will not be entertained. Upon acceptance of the bid, the successful contractor must execute a formal agreement on stamp paper within seven days to receive the work order.
