Description / Scope of Work
The Center of Excellence for Bovine Genetics in Renala Khurd, Punjab invites sealed quotations for the procurement of various construction and miscellaneous store items. This tender includes a wide range of materials such as 22,000 bricks, 248 bags of cement, GI pipes of various sizes, welding rods, and substantial quantities of sand and crushed stone. Additionally, the facility requires 40,000 liters of liquid nitrogen gas and specific electrical equipment, including an 11 KW Max Power Inverter and associated breakers and wiring. Interested bidders must be government-registered entities and provide a 2 percent bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR addressed to DGRV and F GHQ Rawalpindi. Quotations must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, and they will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders. In case of any delay, alternative opening dates are scheduled for 22 May and 25 May 2026. Successful bidders will be required to submit an additional 10 percent security deposit upon contract approval.
