The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Larkana, Sindh invites sealed bids through the EPADS system for the hiring of a third-party contractor to provide comprehensive HSE and QA/QC inspection services. This essential project focuses on the rehabilitation scheme at Ratodero City and involves the installation of a high-density polyethylene pipeline network. The technical scope encompasses the oversight of sixty-four kilometers of HDPE-100 pipe laying across various diameters including one hundred eighty, one hundred twenty-five, and sixty-three millimeters. Additionally, the selected firm will supervise nearly five thousand service connections and meter installations to ensure compliance with stringent safety and quality standards. Eligible bidders must possess a valid ISO 9001 certification and demonstrate a proven track record in similar gas distribution projects. The contractor will be responsible for material verification, monitoring trenching depths, and witnessing critical joint testing procedures.
