Description / Scope of Work
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders on a framework contract basis for a wide range of maintenance and specialized services at the CTD Headquarters located opposite Jallo Park. The scope of work is divided into three distinct lots. Lot 1 involves the maintenance and repair of firing range equipment including target stands and rotating targets, gym machinery such as dip stations and bench presses, and technical gadgets including X-Ray baggage machines and road blockers. Lot 2 focuses on cleanliness services for furniture, carpets, and the disinfection of overhead water reservoirs. Lot 3 covers the procurement, laying, splicing, and commissioning of optical fiber cables and related infrastructure. The total estimated cost for these services exceeds 2.8 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax, sales tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority departments and possess at least three years of experience. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 1:00 PM on 15 May 2026.
