The Finance Department, Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of customized budget kits and leather bags for the upcoming 2026-2027 budget cycle. This high-priority procurement includes a total quantity of 600 units of executive-grade items. Each kit consists of a black genuine cow leather bag with foil monogram embossing, a matching bi-fold executive leather folder with an integrated diary, an HP 32GB USB flash drive with custom laser engraving, and a premium Parker jotter or equivalent writing pen. All items must feature specific Government of Sindh branding and be delivered within a strict timeline of ten business days following the contract award. To qualify, bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and submit a fixed bid security of 560,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS-SPPRA portal. The final deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, followed by a public opening of the bids shortly thereafter on the same day.
