Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the raising of the perimeter fence at NGAA Lahore. This project is being conducted under the single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36a. Interested contractors must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 for the current year. Additional eligibility requirements include valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, listing on the Active Taxpayer List, and a valid Professional Tax Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 240,000 Rupees in the form of a pay order or bank draft. All mandatory documents, including affidavits regarding firm ownership and non-blacklisting status, must be submitted both electronically through the PPRA EPADS web portal and in hard copy to the office of the Divisional Engineer at Allama Iqbal International Airport. The deadline for the electronic and physical submission of bids is 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
