Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of various IT equipment and machinery items for the financial year 2025-2026. This government tender is divided into two primary lots: Lot-I for IT equipment including four Core i5 12th generation computer systems and three high-speed laser printers, and Lot-II for machinery items including three 1.5-ton DC inverter air conditioners, five water dispensers, and two 1000VA UPS units. The total estimated budget for each lot is 1.5 million Rupees, requiring a five percent bid security of 75,000 Rupees per lot. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities as active taxpayers and provide a two-year bank statement. All submissions must be made electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 09:00 AM on 18 May 2026. Successful bidders are expected to complete the delivery safe and sound within four days of receiving the supply order at the Civil Courts District Bahawalpur.
