The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of IT equipment and machinery under a framework contract for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is divided into two primary lots to enhance the judicial infrastructure. Lot one focuses on IT equipment, including thirty-two HP LaserJet Pro printers and five high-performance Dell Vostro computer systems equipped with 1000 KV UPS units, with an estimated cost of 6.2 million Rupees. Lot two involves the supply and installation of eighteen 1.5-ton PEL inverter air conditioners featuring pure copper piping, estimated at 3.7 million Rupees. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A five percent bid security is required for each lot. All equipment must include a one-year warranty. The final deadline for electronic submission is 08:00 AM on 18 May 2026, followed by a public opening of technical bids shortly thereafter.
