The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the Horticulture and Plantation Maintenance Work at CBD Route 47. This government project focuses on the comprehensive operation and maintenance of landscape works, ensuring the aesthetic and environmental quality of the designated route. The scope of work includes the maintenance of seasonal flowers, trees, and shrubs, alongside general gardening tasks such as weeding, trimming, mowing, and integrated pest management. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of specific plant species and concrete planter bench units. Eligibility is restricted to firms registered with FBR, PRA, and relevant tax authorities with at least five years of experience. A bid security of 1,000,000 Rupees is required for participation. All technical and financial proposals must be prepared under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submitted through the EPADS system. The deadline for electronic submission is 02:00 PM on 14 May 2026, with the technical bid opening occurring shortly thereafter.
