Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable and well-established firms for the renewal of Next Generation Firewall Hillstone licenses. This procurement project involves a comprehensive three-year subscription security bundle which includes critical services such as IPS, AV, URL, QoS, IPR, C2, AS, and Sandbox capabilities. The scope of work encompasses the deployment of these licenses, specialized training for ministry staff, and dedicated technical support for the entire three-year duration. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Furthermore, participating firms are required to have a physical operational office located within Islamabad or Rawalpindi to ensure prompt service delivery. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, while the original bid security of five percent must be delivered to the Ministry's office.
