Description / Scope of Work
The Anti Narcotics Force Headquarters under the Ministry of Narcotics Control in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply of various Information Technology equipment. This procurement is divided into five distinct lots, covering a comprehensive range of hardware including a Wi-Fi solution, 171 laptops and PCs, 26 units of printers and switches, 31 photocopiers and scanners, and 24 UPS units. The bidding process will be conducted via the EPADS 2.0 Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible firms must be registered as vendors on the EPADS portal and possess valid FBR registration for GST and NTN. Applicants are required to provide proof of sound financial standing through recent bank statements and a documented history of relevant work experience from the past five years. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, installation, and training. Bidders must submit their online proposals through EPADS and provide hard copies of bid security at the headquarters by 10:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
