Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Kasur, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various machinery and IT equipment for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This government tender encompasses several categories of equipment including 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners, high-performance A3 photocopiers with network and Wi-Fi capabilities, and 13th generation Intel Core i5 desktop computers or all-in-one PCs. Additionally, the scope includes laser printers with duplex printing functionality and high-speed A3 desktop sheet-fed scanners capable of processing up to 120 pages per minute. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and are required to provide a 10 percent security deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) upon contract award. Technical and financial bids must be submitted on the basis of counting units specified in the invitation. All offered stores must be brand new and of the latest design. Interested parties must submit their comprehensive proposals to the Office of the District and Sessions Judge by 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
