Pakistan Railways in Lahore, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of an office photocopier under Tender Bid Number 15/001100-01-2025-PR. This procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested firms must be registered with the income tax and sales tax departments and be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be prepared and submitted solely through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026. A physical bid security must be deposited in the tender box in the office of the Chief Controller of Purchase prior to the closing date and time, and a scanned copy must be uploaded on the EPADS portal.
