Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Layyah, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the purchase of various information technology equipment for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The procurement comprises desktop computers, printers, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units to meet the operational requirements of the district judiciary. Interested and eligible bidders registered with the relevant tax authorities must submit their proposals via the electronic bidding system no later than 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026. The technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids must be prepared as a whole and include the required bid security in accordance with the rules and procedures stipulated in the bidding documents.
