Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the procurement of office and lab management items under Reference Number HISDU(H&PD)/PROC/7-11/2025-26 & 26-27. This procurement is open to eligible bidders having at least 3 years of relevant business experience and an average annual turnover exceeding 60 million PKR for Lot 1 and 25 million PKR for Lots 2 and 3. Bidders must be registered with FBR on the active taxpayers list and not be blacklisted. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the single stage two envelope bidding procedure defined in the bidding documents. All technical and financial bids must be delivered to the procurement office located at 01-Birdwood Road, Lahore, no later than the specified submission deadline. Prospective bidders may request clarification or inspect the bidding documents during office hours.
