Description / Scope of Work
The Taluka Headquarter Hospital Jati in Sajawal, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of plant machinery, medical equipment, hospital furniture, and publicity services. This tender notice, issued under reference HQ/Jati/tender/25-26/277, follows the single stage, one envelope procedure as specified in the rules. All interested contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax, as well as with the Sindh Revenue Board. Applicants must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. The non-refundable tender fee is 3,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted to the hospital no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026. The submitted bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
