Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Degree College of Special Education in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various assets and equipment for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of the tender covers multiple lots, including the purchase of high-quality furniture and fixtures, IT equipment such as computers and peripherals, plant and machinery, and other miscellaneous items required for educational operations. This procurement process is being conducted through the EPADS system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price for each lot is required. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. All bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and the technical bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day at the college premises located at 23-A, Satellite Town.
