Description / Scope of Work
The Services and General Administration Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the general repair and maintenance of various government residences located at GOR-I. The project scope includes civil works, plumbing, and electrical maintenance for multiple high-profile residences including 04-Aizaz Syed Road, 02-Aizaz Syed Road, 22-Aikman Road, and 37-C-II Gulberg-III. Contractors must be enlisted with the Punjab Welfare Board or the Communication and Works Department in the appropriate category for the year 2024-25. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested firms must provide a 2 percent earnest money deposit of the estimated cost for each specific lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Resident Engineer at the Welfare Wing for a non-refundable fee of 500 Rupees. Technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening ceremony scheduled to take place at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders.
