he Defence Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from specialized firms and authorized dealers for the supply and provisioning of new tyres for various types of vehicles and equipment within the DHA fleet. This tender aims to maintain the operational readiness of the authority's transport and machinery assets through the procurement of high-quality, durable tyres suitable for different automotive and industrial applications. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Participants are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security must accompany the submission as per the prescribed rates. Detailed tender documents can be collected from the DHA Karachi Procurement Office during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All completed bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement at the DHA Head Office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
