Description / Scope of Work
The Environment Protection Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various hardware and IT equipment to support the Director General office. The scope of this tender involves the purchase of high-quality laptops, printers, and scanners necessary for the agency's environmental monitoring and administrative tasks. This procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must provide a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and evaluation criteria can be collected from the office of the Director (Admin/Finance) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 Rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal as well as in hard copy by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
