Description / Scope of Work
The National Police Academy in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, authorized dealers, and general order suppliers for the procurement of various items for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of the tender includes the supply of general store and petty items, as well as uniform and protective clothing items required for the academy's operations and personnel. This procurement process is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of 5 percent of the total bid value is required for each category and must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft. Detailed bidding documents containing complete specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director General during office hours. All technical and financial bids must be delivered to the National Police Academy in Sector H-11 by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
