Description / Scope of Work
The National Gymkhana Club in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and financially sound firms for the supply of various general store items for the year 2024-25. The scope of procurement includes a wide range of categories such as grocery items, fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, and dairy products. Additionally, the tender covers the provision of office stationery, janitorial supplies, and miscellaneous hardware items required for the club's daily operations and maintenance. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and provide proof of their active taxpayer status. A bid security amounting to 5 percent of the total estimated value of the bid must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt along with the proposal. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the club's administrative office during working hours for a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in accordance with the specified guidelines by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
