Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various operational assets and services for the financial year 2024-25. The extensive scope of work includes the supply of computer hardware and IT equipment, a wide range of office stationery, and various miscellaneous petty items required for daily administrative functions. Additionally, the tender seeks qualified service providers for the repair and maintenance of office furniture and machinery. This procurement process is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and must maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers list. A mandatory bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required for each category of interest.
