Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Health in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the replacement of Sui Gas lines at its Chak Shahzad campus for the 2025-26 fiscal year. This procurement of works involves the complete installation of new gas pipelines, service valves, and tee connections, ensuring all materials and execution meet SNGPL standards. The project must be completed within a 60-day timeframe and requires testing and commissioning reports from SNGPL. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in at least the C-6 category and must be SNGPL-approved contractors with certified fusion welders. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Interested firms can obtain tender documents from the NIH Finance Division for a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Rupees. Sealed proposals, including a fixed earnest money deposit and a bid security valid for 210 days, must be submitted to the Director Purchase and Procurement office by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM.
