The Embassy of the United States of America in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from authorized open market offerors for the procurement of twenty-five Apple iPhone 17 smartphones. This solicitation requires the devices to be 128GB models, PTA approved, and supplied with original accessories including charging adapters, cables, back covers, and screen protectors. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order awarded based on the lowest price and technical acceptability. Eligible bidders must demonstrate a physical business address, good financial health, and provide a list of similar successful supplies from the last two years. The delivery must be completed within ten days of the purchase order at the U.S. Embassy in the Diplomatic Enclave, with the vendor responsible for door-to-door delivery and inland clearances. Notably, the U.S. Embassy is exempt from applicable taxes, and payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer within thirty days of satisfactory delivery. Electronic quotations must be submitted to the General Services Office by the close of business on 15 May 2026.
