Description / Scope of Work
The Highway Division in Mianwali, Punjab invites sealed bids and proposals for the construction, repair, and rehabilitation of provincial highways and associated road infrastructure. This project aims to improve connectivity, enhance road safety, and facilitate smooth transportation across the region. The procurement is conducted in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and guidelines. All interested contractors, civil engineering firms, and reputable suppliers must be registered with active sales tax and income tax authorities, and must participate through the prescribed tendering procedures. Comprehensive technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the detailed bidding documents must be submitted no later than 29 May 2026.
