Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department, Government of AJ&K invites sealed bids from interested and eligible contractors registered with PEC for the construction of 04 bridges in District Jhelum Valley under the project Construction/Retrofitting of Bridges in AJ&K. The estimated amount of the work is 37.491 million Rupees with a required bid security of 1.125 million Rupees. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals separately under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per AJ&K PPRA Rules. Contractors must be registered in category 04 and above with the specialization code CE-02(1). Complete bids must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Jhelum Valley, AJ&K, on or before 11:00 AM on 16 May 2026.
