The Municipal Committee Pakpattan in Pakpattan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various development and civil works schemes under the Annual Development Programme for 2023-24 and 2024-25. The project scope includes the construction of PCC flooring and drainage systems in several areas such as Basti Shafi and Basti Noori Jalal, as well as the repair and maintenance of municipal buildings and street light infrastructure. The tender is divided into multiple lots with estimated costs ranging from 0.5 million to 2.5 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Local Government and Community Development Department and the Punjab Information Technology Board for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit a 5 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt based on the estimated costs for each lot. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer Infrastructure for a non-refundable fee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
