The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office supplies and maintenance services for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of the tender includes the supply of stationery items, computer toners, and various miscellaneous office goods. Additionally, the ministry seeks qualified service providers for the repair and maintenance of office machinery and furniture and fixtures. This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules of 2004. Interested bidders must be reputable firms with valid GST and National Tax Numbers and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required for each category and must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. Detailed tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the ministry's office at the Kohsar Block, Pakistan Secretariat. All bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
