The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a new drainage system and the rehabilitation of the existing Asia Poultry Feed Road within the Multan Industrial Estate. This significant infrastructure project aims to improve the logistics and drainage capabilities of the industrial zone, supporting local businesses and enhancing the overall estate environment. The scope of work involves comprehensive civil engineering tasks, including earthwork, reinforced concrete construction for internal drains, and road surfacing works. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and provide proof of active tax filer status with both federal and provincial authorities. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the tender documents. Detailed bidding packages containing technical designs and bills of quantities can be obtained from the PIEDMC head office. All proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
