Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the rehabilitation of retaining walls at several critical drainage locations across the city. The project scope includes significant repair and construction work at the Kharak Drain, specifically from the Wapda Grid Station pulley to the Multan Road disposal station, and the Cantt Drain at Firdos Colony. These works are vital for maintaining the structural integrity of the city's drainage infrastructure and preventing erosion. This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the relevant tax authorities. A bid security of 4 percent of the estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (O&M-II). All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
