Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the rehabilitation of the retaining wall of Kharak Drain. The project covers both sides of the drain from Liaqat Tokay Wali Pulley to Madina Honda Wali Pulley within the Drainage (AIT) Sub Division. The estimated cost for this infrastructure work is approximately 3.438 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must also be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms are required to submit a bid security of 4 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to 137,530 Rupees, in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
