The Punjab Forest Department in Okara, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible firms for the establishment of vital infrastructure within the Okara Forest Division. This significant project involves the construction of two Command and Control Centers at the Sub-Divisional level and seven Command and Control Centers at the Block level to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a Forest Check Post under Transit Rules covering approximately 410 square feet. The total estimated cost for these combined works is 73.965 million Rupees. Interested contractors must hold a valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 in the C3 category or above, with specific specialization codes. Participation is restricted to the EPADS portal, requiring firms to submit both technical and financial proposals electronically. Bidders must provide 2 percent of the estimated cost as earnest money in the form of a CDR. The deadline for electronic submission through the EPADS system is 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
