For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

A single establishment of a girls degree college in Malakand represents substantial civil infrastructure work with an estimated cost of Rs 4 million. The project requires C-2 and above PEC category contractors. The tight pre-bid meeting (03-08-2026) and bid submission window (by 18-08-2026) suggest urgency. This is a one-off capital infrastructure project rather than a service contract, making it suitable for construction-focused firms with provincial government experience in educational facility development.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold PEC registration (C-2 category or above), be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the KP Finance Act 2013, and submit all required statutory documentation. Typical requirements include valid NTN and active business registration. All federal and provincial taxes and duties apply as per government direction.
