Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of general contractors for the construction of a Film and Music School. This significant infrastructure project involves the construction of buildings and comprehensive infrastructure development covering an estimated area of approximately 144,875 SFT. The scope of work requires the successful contractor to deploy all necessary material, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery for the execution of the project. The estimated cost for this procurement is approximately 2,350 million PKR. Eligible applicants must hold a PEC category of C-B or above and must be registered on the EPADS portal to participate. The procurement process is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms are required to submit their pre-qualification proposals electronically via the EPADS system. All technical requirements and terms are detailed in the pre-qualification documents available online. The deadline for the submission of proposals through the EPADS portal is no later than 03:00 PM on 19 May 2026.
