The Military Engineer Services, CMES (PAF) Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the execution of multiple construction and maintenance projects categorized as the Provision of Certain Facilities. The procurement is divided into several distinct lots with estimated costs ranging from 5.000 million to 9.900 million Rupees per project. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and appear on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E. Applicants are required to provide complete credentials, including a history of works executed over the last two years and a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments. Firms must demonstrate sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy specific area conditions to be issued tender documents. Technical and financial submissions must be received at the accepting office no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same date.
