The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various essential goods and equipment for the district judiciary. This comprehensive tender is divided into six distinct lots covering a wide range of requirements. Lot I includes general stationery items such as paper, registers, and pens, while Lot II focuses on computer stationery including legal-sized white and yellow paper. Lot III covers miscellaneous office maintenance items like tissue paper and cleaning supplies. Lot IV consists of staff uniforms including dress pants, shirts, and moccasin shoes. Lot V and VI involve the procurement of machinery and technology, specifically 1.5-ton DC inverter air conditioners, water dispensers, 1200 VA UPS systems, and webcams. All interested firms must be registered with the relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and participate through the EPADS system. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the portal no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by a 5% bid security for each respective lot.
