The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences in Bhit Shah, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for two significant development projects aimed at enhancing its academic facilities. The first project involves the upgrade of the university's conference hall, while the second focuses on the establishment of a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence laboratory. This procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR, Sindh Revenue Board, and the SECP where applicable. Applicants must demonstrate technical capability by providing a list of similar projects valued at at least 10 million Rupees. Financial requirements include a bid security of 300,000 Rupees for the conference hall upgrade and 500,000 Rupees for the AI laboratory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
