Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of general contractors for the engineering, procurement, and construction of a Model Fish Market. This project involves a steel-framed building with an approximate covered area of 159,403 square feet and an estimated cost of 2,433 million Rupees. The comprehensive scope of work encompasses the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the facility, including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire-fighting works, as well as external development. To be eligible, lead members must hold a PEC category of C-B or above, while JV members require a C-3 category or above. The procurement is conducted strictly through the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority in compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. Interested applicants must be registered on EPADS to participate. All pre-qualification proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 20 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 03:30 PM the same day.
