The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of various repair and maintenance items required for garbage containers. This procurement is structured into three distinct lots to ensure comprehensive coverage of maintenance needs. Lot one focuses on miscellaneous repair items including welding rods, cutting discs, and specialized hand tools with an estimated value of 20 million Rupees. Lot two covers various paint items and supplies estimated at 10 million Rupees, while lot three involves the procurement of container tyre sets and heavy-duty machinery like cut-off and drilling machines valued at 20 million Rupees. Interested firms must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant authorities and demonstrate significant experience in similar projects over the last three years. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure conducted through the EPADS system. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the portal by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by the required bid security for each specific lot.
