The Deputy Commissioner Office in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from well-reputed firms and authorized dealers for the purchase and hiring of services during relief arrangements for the Flood and Monsoon 2026 season. The total estimated cost of this procurement is 51.5 million Rupees, covering a wide range of essential supplies and services. The scope of work includes the provision of food hampers containing items like sugar, pulses, rice, and ghee, as well as cooked food, mosquito nets, cots, drinking water, flour, plastic mats, and animal fodder. Additionally, the tender seeks various vehicles for the transportation of relief goods, including double and single cabin vehicles, trucks, buses, and tractors. Bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority. The procurement will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. A bid security of 3% of the estimated price, totaling 1,545,000 Rupees, is required.
