The District Disaster Management Authority in Okara, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This initiative by the Deputy Commissioner aims to establish a pool of registered vendors for the provision of standardized relief goods and equipment essential for the upcoming Flood and Monsoon Season of 2026. The scope of procurement is divided into multiple lots covering essential supplies such as ten-kilogram food hampers, drinking water, flour, rice, and cooked food. Additionally, the requirements include the provision of transportation for local mobility, catering for relief camps, tents, mosquito nets, life jackets, and animal fodder. Interested parties must be registered on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follow the Punjab Procurement Rules of 2014. Applicants must not be blacklisted and are required to provide documentation of relevant experience. All pre-qualification proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
