The Provincial Disaster Management Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract regarding the procurement of standardized food hampers for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This government tender is designed to ensure a steady supply of essential food items for disaster relief operations across the province. Each food hamper must meet specific quality standards and includes essential commodities such as sugar, pulses, rice, ghee, salt, red chili powder, and tea. The selected firm must demonstrate a robust logistics capability, specifically the potential to deliver up to two thousand hampers per day on short notice. Eligible bidders are required to be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide a bid security of over one million rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. The deadline for electronic submission is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening of bids occurring shortly thereafter at the PDMA headquarters in New Muslim Town.
