Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of 04-ton air conditioners. This project is part of the ongoing Computer Based Interlocking works for the Re-Signaling Project on the Lodhran to Shahdara Bagh section. The bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA rules, and only electronic submissions via the EPADS portal will be accepted. Eligible bidders must be reputable suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. A bid security amounting to 1,000,000 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee is required and must be delivered to the Project Director Signals office at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters. All electronic bids must be uploaded by 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
