The District Council Bahawalpur in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders using the EPADS system for the execution of twenty-two civil works and procurement schemes across various Tehsils, including Ahmadpur East, Bahawalpur Saddar, Yazman, Hasilpur, and Khairpur Tamewali. The project scope encompasses the construction of RCC slabs over sullage carriers, provision and fixing of barbed wire fencing at water ponds, installation of tuff tiles, and beautification works at Canal View Park, along with the construction of a vehicle shed. The estimated cost for these schemes varies, reaching up to 15.4 million Rupees for individual projects, with a total estimated cost of over 86 million Rupees, requiring a 5% fixed bid security depending on the respective scheme. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and active with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the tender opening committee.
